Facilitating Environmental Training

Working within and improving the practice of forestland stewardship does not have to be difficult, but it does need your participation. Especially when your cultural, heritage, and subsistence needs rely upon the sustainable production of goods and services a healthy forest provides. So, in a partnership with ECO Canada, Reclaimit Ltd. helps its customers to promote better stewardship practices by using ECO Canada’s recognized curriculum and our field know-how. And the result is an educational experience that is recognized, understandable, applicable, and rewarding. By using of the BEAHR Environmental Training program, a focused education source that targets Indigenous peoples and communities, Reclaimit works to ensure participant understanding and buy-in by sourcing and working with regionally relevant topics.

Now we all know that not every participant in an environmental training event becomes a practitioner, but that does not have to be a deterrent. In fact, better-educated stakeholders in the review of a proposed industrial development or the reclamation of a historic one provide more value to all vested parties.
It is in the project proposal stage that an informed participant lends a voice of protection on behalf of key environmental and societal resources. And the ECO Canada education is a great way to become that contributor to those outcomes!
