Our skilled project planning and site management ensure effective health, safety and environment protocols. Work safety management was built into Reclaimit's operations from our first day of business. Our cost-effective, safety management system includes:

• Project design that smoothly integrates our safety management protocols, the safety management systems of our clients, and the safety procedures used by our service providers;
• Ongoing documentation, review, and reporting of work procedures and conditions;
• Hazard assessments and development of risk reduction measures;
• Frequent audits to ensure risk reduction measures are being followed;
• Employee review and training to keep everyone aware of safety requirements; and
• Ongoing focus on finding ways to improve safety, through better equipment or procedures.

Immediately after incorporation, Reclaimit registered as a participant in the Partners in Injury Reduction Program (PIR), in the Province of Alberta. We quickly secured a Small Employers Certificate of Recognition (SECOR) – a designation recognized by the Alberta Worker’s Compensation Board as proving effective health, safety and environment management. In 2005, Reclaimit was recognized as a Health and Safety External Auditor under the provincial Partners in Injury Reduction program. We have continually upgraded our education and qualifications.
